The revolution that the audiovisual industry is going through opens up a future of unimaginable horizons for the development of new business models. At the moment, technological progress is advancing at a faster rate than content generation. New platforms do not become viable in the market due to a scarcity of valuable products and services. For this reason, the CLAG considers it is imperative that R&D&I activities in the Galician audiovisual sector pay special attention to the talent and the ideas that use technology to create new opportunities and to renew the production of content and its distribution channels. Content creation need to be in sync with technological development, because the Internet has shown that content is a resource that can be exported to very different platforms.
